Who We Are

Kerala State Labour Co-operatives Federation

K erala State Labour Co-operatives Federation Ltd. No. 4491 (LABOURFED), headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, is the apex body representing over 201 primary Labour Contract Co-operative Societies across Kerala. Established under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act of 1969, LABOURFED functions under the Department of Co-operation, Government of Kerala.

Affiliated with the National Labour Co-operatives Federation of India, New Delhi—the central body operating under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India—LABOURFED plays a vital role in uniting the state’s labour societies into a cohesive and progressive network.

Our mission is to empower the labour force, drive innovation, and foster sustainable development. By bringing together resources, technology, and opportunities, we strive to create a skilled, motivated, and dignified workforce.
